SHOP POLICIES
We love what we do and put alot of ourselves into the custom pieces we create. We appreciate your business and hope you can see and feel the love we put into creating these items for you.
Feel free to contact us to discuss any aspect of your order. We are happy to create custom one of a kind designs with you.
1:ORDERS
Most items on the website are ready to ship. Some designs or customizations however may need a couple days to get ready to ship.
Custom vinyl signs may take up to 2 weeks to be completed. although every effort is given to get them to you much sooner when able.
Wooden signs can take 2 weeks or longer for cure time of paint and finish depending on your custom work
Custom carving and finish also take time. Please contact us to discuss time frames. if we are just carving and you are applying your own finishes, shipping is alot quicker.
Sublimation items if posted ship within 1-3 days. Custom items may take a little longer.

We want you to receive our best work. We do not like to rush things and take risks shipping before items are dry or set.
You should be satisfied with the products we put so much love into making for you.

2:SHIPPING
We ship using USPS Standard shipping.
Other arrangements can be made to upgrade your shipping service or time for additional cost.
You will be given a tracking number, standard insurance from USPS is included but once this package is in the hands of the United States Post Office, it becomes their responsibity to make sure it gets to your location undamaged. Any claims of damage, miss handling or wrongful delivery must be taken up with USPS. Those issues are out of our hands.
Fortunately we have not had any issues yet.
3:GIFT SHIPPING
We are more than happy to ship your gift out for you. Just contact us prior to the order so we can make the proper arrangements.

Personalized messages can be added to your shipment.

4:RETURNS
These are custom signs and designs, they are non refundable.
Once you approve the proof for personalized items we send you, and your sign, graphic or item is being made, all sales are final. Unless its found that we have errored based on the information give to us.
