These are custom signs and are non refundable.
Once you approve the proof we send you, and your sign is being made, all sales are final. Unless its found that we have errored based on the information give to us.
SHIPPING INFO
We ship using USPS Standard shipping.
Other arrangements can be made to upgrade your shipping service or time for additional cost.
You will be given a tracking number, but once this package is in the hands of the Post office, it becomes their responsibity to make sure it gets to your location undamaged. Any claims of damage, miss handling or wrongful delivery must be taken up with USPS. Those issues are out of our hands.
